Welcome to Thrive Therapy

Hello, I’m Adja, a Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying) with a background rooted in education and the Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) program at Yorkville University in Canada. I am registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and have a professional membership with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). Empowered by this comprehensive training, I am driven to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. I firmly believe in the transformative power of therapy to bring about positive change and healing. In my therapeutic approach, my highest priority is to establish a quality therapeutic relationship with my client. Therefore, I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental environment where individuals can openly express themselves. As a therapist, I guide my clients through challenges, fostering resilience in our collaborative journey. Utilizing evidence-based practices and adopting a client-centered approach, together we can embark on a path of self-discovery and empowerment.

I recently completed a training and received a Solution-Focused Neuropsychiatric Coach certification from Helsinki Psychotherapy Institute. Currently, I offer coaching services for individuals with neuropsychiatric diagnoses or traits in English and Finnish.

Thank you for considering me as your partner on your journey to personal transformation. I look forward to the opportunity to work together and support you in achieving your goals.

It’s important to note that the recognition of my Canadian master’s degree is currently pending in Finland (Valvira). This means that I offer therapy services, not psychotherapy or psychology services. I cannot accept KELA clients.
